Submission Deadline: Sunday 2 April 2017 at midnight.
The murals must be vibrant, engaging, uplifting, innovative and original. They should also complement and enhance the surroundings, supported by the city’s heritage and cultural foundations, reflect its successes and ambitions and to sit comfortably in its contemporary situation.
We are seeking art pieces which make a difference, not just adding a visual impression into the street scape, but enhancing the city and its standing as a cultural destination.
Our aim is to improve the visitor experience, promote the city as a key UK destination for viewing public art, attracting more visitors to the city and creating an international reputation for Norwich.
The designer/s will be selected by open submission and the Norwich BID encourage local designers to apply.
The project is based on design and production of a creative mural artwork suitable for use on the side of buildings, unused walls and other vacant spaces within the Norwich BID area. A list of spaces is included in the Call for Submissions pack and also below:

Please read the Design Guidelines and Terms and Conditions within the Call for Submissions pack before submitting your application. To apply for this exciting city wide initiative and to wow and convince the judging panel of your skills and ideas you will need to provide the following:
